This week we are getting a fun twist for not one, but 2 classes — We’re teaming up with Pacific Peaks Fitness for 2 chill recovery sessions... with puppies! We’ll roll, stretch, and hang out while the pups roam around doing their thing. Low-key movement, plenty of puppy time, and a good way to end the day.
